Procrastination is  defined as the act of delaying or putting off tasks until the last minute or even past their deadline. For most of the people, It’s a common tendency  at some point .Some types of procrastination are

           Academic Procrastination: It is very Common among students, especially when it comes to completing assignments and coursework.

           Decisional Procrastination: This means Delaying decisions or avoiding making choices.

           Arousal Procrastination: Seeking the adrenaline rush of last-minute work.

           Avoidance Procrastination: Avoiding tasks because of  fear of failure or discomfort.

 

Procrastination can lead to stress, missed deadlines, and poor performance. It affects productivity, quality of work, and overall well-being. Thus Procrastination and Laziness are barriers to  your success .  You must take care to avoid procrastination.

8. Negative Attitude

Attitude has a direct impact on our behavior and how we accomplish tasks in our surroundings. The negative attitude will result in destruction of  the  environment, So Negative attitude and Negative thinking are  considered as the  barriers to success.
