Definitely Proper Planning, Discipline, Dedication and Time management plays key role in our life to achieve success.
A Positive Mindset Brings Positive Things
Before i discuss any point let us built a positive mindset to learn and apply positive and good qualities that will change our life in a magical way. A Positive Mindset enhance Clarity and Confidence. Our mindset boosts our productivity. Don’t be a slave of your thoughts. Do Exercise of your Body and Mind regularly that helps you to control your thoughts and improve your mental strength. Have a set of daily habits that will control your life and will get more work done in less time. Life is good when you know how to live it.
Plan Everyday in Advance
Planning can increase your productivity and performance. its amazing how few people practice it every single day. We only make progress and achieve big things by doing small things everyday. So plan for it to get more work done in less time . Always work from a list. When something new comes up, add it to the list.
Type Of List
Firstly you need to write different lists for different purposes. One list Should contain your Long term goal. That is your Master List on which you write down everything that you want to achieve in next 1 to 2 year as well as aim of your life. Select Important 5 points from that.
Secondly , you should have a Monthly List that you make at the end of the month for the month ahead. You can create this by transferring items from the Master List.
Thirdly ,you should have a weekly list where you plan your entire week in advance. In this list you can plan what you will do for the current week.
Finally Transfer items from the Monthly list and Weekly list and make your list the night before for the workday ahead which is your Daily List . Add everything that you have to do the next day.
Follow your list by prioritizing the sequences to get more work done in less time.
Follow ABCDE Method
The ABCDE Method is a very powerful technique that you can adopt to apply every single day. This Technique is so simple and effective. It will make you one of the Most efficient and effective person in your field.
Let us know what is ABCDE method and by thinking only few thing you will follow so be clear and write down your points in a paper.
A– Something that you must do.
B– Task that you should do…but it has only mild consequences.
C– Something that would be nice to do but for which there are no consequences.
D– The tasks that you can delegate to someone else.
E-Task that you can eliminate, and it will not make any real difference .
A- Something That You Must Do
A item is defined as some works that you must do, its very important to achieve your goal and having serious positive and negative consequences.
B- Task that you should do…but it has only mild consequences.
B category work or tasks are that you should do, but it will have less impact in your life .i e . someone may be unhappy if you won’t do one of these tasks. The rule is you should never do B task if you have not completed your A task.
C- Something that would be nice to do but for which there are no consequences.
c tasks are something that would be nice to do but for which there are no consequences .like to talk with a friend, having coffee with coworkers e.t.c . It has no impact at all on your work life.
D– The tasks that you can delegate to someone else.
D type of tasks are that you can delegate to someone else.No need to do it by Yourself always and save time foe the important works.
E-Task that you can eliminate, and it will not make any real difference .

Take Action Immediately
The ABCDE method is to keep yourself disciplined to get more work done in less time. Choose and write down first your most important your A tasks and take action immediately without wasting a single moment of your life. Remember there is no Shortcut to achieve some big thing. You have to practice and work for it with dedication.
Motivate Yourself
1. Control your thoughts. Always Remember, you become what you think about most of the time. Be sure that you are thinking and talking about the things you want rather than the things you don’t want.
2. Always Keep your mind positive by accepting complete responsibility for yourself and for everything that happens to you. Refuse to criticize others, complain, or blame others for any- thing. Resolve to make progress rather than excuses. Keep your thoughts and your energy focused forward, on what you can do right now to improve your life, and let the rest go.
Be Focused in Your Work To Get More Work Done In Less Time
Always make a routine and Follow it to complete your work. Focus fully on it and eliminate all the things which distract you from doing your work to get more work done in less time..
Practice Mindfulness and minimize the use of Smartphone during working hour. Evaluate your progress often.
Take Short Breaks
Taking short breaks can help you improve your concentration. You can take breaks between tasks or set a timer to take a break once per hour. Don’t use smartphone during the break. You can have a short walk, or have some refreshment .
Upgrade Your Knowledge
You have to continuously upgrade your skills as the knowledge as this world is upgrading each and every moment and every single day..
