The Heart Behind Young Mindsets

What age group is Young Mindsets designed for?

Our courses are created for children aged 7-16 years. However these skills can benefit students and young people of all ages. Parents can even do it with them. Press play and you’ll find yourself breathing deeper, speaking kinder, and rediscovering the power of your own mind.

How do I access the videos after purchasing?

You get instant login details after you sign up. Everything opens up in your family dashboard straightaway after you login.

Can schools pay via invoice?

Absolutely. We handle purchase orders and invoicing for educational institutions. Just get in touch with your requirements.

Are the videos downloadable?

Videos stream securely online to protect your access. Log in from any device with internet whenever you need us.

Do I need to buy a new package for each of my children?

No. You get one access per household to the Young Mindsets content once you sign up, allowing siblings from the same household to benefit from our mental health course with a single purchase.

Can I use this at home and in school?

Family accounts are for home use only. Schools need separate licensing for classroom implementation. Please contact for school licensing.
